What is Popped Up!?
Popped Up! is a live map and daily feed of pop-ups happening around New York City — sample sales, brand activations, freebies, tastings, and one-day shops. Browse by neighborhood or category, save the ones you want, and get a heads-up before they start.
Is Popped Up! free? Do I need an account?
The app is free to download and browse. You only need an account to save pop-ups, follow brands, and get reminders. Brands use a separate sign-up to post and manage their own pop-ups.
A pop-up has the wrong details, or didn't happen. How do I report it?
Tap the pop-up, then tap Reportin the top-right and tell us what's off — wrong address, wrong hours, sold out, or cancelled. Reports go straight to our team and are usually reviewed the same day. You can also email developers@popped-up.com with a screenshot.
Why am I not getting notifications?
First check iPhone Settings → Notifications → Popped Up! and make sure Allow Notifications is on. Then open the app and check Profile → Notifications— reminders are only sent for pop-ups you've saved and brands you follow. If both look right and you still hear nothing, email us and include your iOS version.
How do I list my brand's pop-up?
Brands can create a free Popped Up! brand account to publish pop-ups, take RSVPs, and collect live feedback from attendees. Email marketing@popped-up.comand we'll get you set up.

Delete your account any time — from inside the app or by email.
How to delete your account
- Open the Popped Up! app and tap the profile icon in the bottom nav.
- Tap the gear icon in the top-right to open Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm by tapping Delete my account. That's it — no waiting on us.
